Riu. What an amazing time we had. Your property was clean, safe convient and just had a great vibe. The breakfast-such a higlight to atart our day. Literally amazing! Not just a dry muffin and cereal, but full on buffet. Kuros to your staff that make this happen! More hotels should take your lead. I would choose Riu over and over after this experince. A special shout out to your night maintenece employee Mark. He kindly attempted to send a undesirable individual away from me in the middle of the night while i was out having a cigarette. Because i work nights at home, i was often awake and he was around. He was gentle, pleasant, kind and his warm spirit was a pleasure. Thanks again Riu for an Ah-mazing stay. Thanks Mark, your kindness will not be forgotten !!!

Breakfast was outstanding! Really did a great job for the large amount of people! Honestly for the amount of people they need a larger dining room.parking was expensive but Easy and felt safe.Room was clean with excellent housekeeping. Location excellent for walking to Fisherman’s wharf. Located in safe are with no signs of homelessness problem. Overall A rating!

Great staff and great service. Like everybody here says, their breakfast is fantastic. The room is clean and staff members are helpful. Location is excellent. I walked to Fisherman's Wharf every evening and I could take the Big Bus Tour near the hotel. I will definitely come back to Riu for next San Francisco visit.

The property was good for the price. My problem was primarily with Expedia as I needed them to do several things for me and not only are they very very difficult to get a hold of by telephone, but they do not tell the truth.

I love the location and breakfast. We stayed at the 3rd floor and the room above us would wake up every 3am to walk with heavy feet and we can't go back to sleep anymore. Super busy lobby, super busy bell or doorman that he won't offer to help you at least. Rooms we stayed in are outdated, washrooms so small..not expecting for the price

From the moment I parked and walked in I liked this place. It is clean, very nice staff and a great, great breakfast. I was concerned with what I heard about smash and grab robberies but I felt very safe in their parking garage. The hotel is very close to Pier 39 and Alcatraz dock. I'm so glad I picked this place.

The hotel was on a good location. I liked the breakfast spread though we could only use once as next day our flight was in early morning. The parking fees stings a bit but that’s common in all big tourist cities.

First time staying at this hotel. The location is good (walking distance to the wharf, the MUNI and the cable car stations). The room is cleaning, including the all bed sheets. The part that I like the most is the breakfast. They offer really nice & fresh buffet breakfast daily with various choices. Highly recommended.

This property has many dining options within walking distance. Stayed here before our cruise. My only negative is there wasn't a elevator to get to our room but it was only 6 stairs or so. Wouldn't be so bad if we weren't packed for a 12 day cruise. The breakfast that was included was busy but excellent. Would stay here again.
