This place is older the bathroom tub was chipping on the bottom, just needs to be updated, no fridge or microwave in room, no extra toilet paper we ran out late at night. Air conditioner works great! Shuttle service to airport was convenient!

It was a nice hotel for the price, but the one downside is the outside the hotel smelled really bad.

Woke up at 3am with bed bugs over my pillow. Was given another room and later told they were ants. Im not convinced but either way, they should not have been in the bed. I was bitten by them and only offered a very small refund. No apology.

I had a brief stay as I arrived late and left very early the following day but the Serra mattress was excellent and the room was in a quiet location. The staff was courteous. If I’m ever in S.F. again I will stay there.

Was very disappointed with their airport shuttle schedule. It does not start to run until5 pm. Our flight arrived at 1pm and shuttle wasn't there. On their website it says that shuttle has "limited hours". Very inconvenient! Had to pay UBER $40 for 5 minutes ride to the hotel.
