The property itself is a little older and therefore outdated but that’s just cosmetics. The hotel lobby and concourse area were clean. Staff was always very helpful when approached and more then willing to share their advice on the area. They even warned us that they would be getting busy and parking would be difficult to come by if we did not return for the evening early. It was very helpful to know! The room wasn’t anything special, just basic fun of the mill room with all the things you absolutely need. Would stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and professional. Not the best area, but I can recommend City Center if you need to stay around SoMa/Folsom for whatever reason

Good and secure hotel
Stayed one night with friends. Good hotel and good price rate . We got the suite and it was spacious enough . Just a bit disappointed because we thought the suite had a full-sized fridge with freezer but it was just a mini fridge with No freezer. The mini fridge wasn’t cold enough but It did what it could with the stuff we had. Bedding was decent. Good pillows. The hotel is fully secured with a parking garage door that the staff monitors. And the lobby doors are locked at all times as well to make sure only hotel guests are allowed in . Gives a sense of peace in the specific area that’s known for criminal activity. I’d stay again. Good location next to bars restaurants and night life scene .

One night stay.
It is a very solid place to stay in San Francisco if you plan on doing a lot of touristy things. The surrounding neighborhood can be a little sketchy but for the price you can’t beat it. I recommend ride sharing over walking through the surrounding neighborhoods.
