Perfect SF house with original details but good updates. We had four friends total staying for a long weekend, and we all had comfortable beds. Living room was great for hanging out and catching up, and the kitchen was big enough to let us do multiple food preps.Easy access to 19th Ave and traveling around the city.

Cozy family adventure.

Our family, all adults, had our own space and a clean and spacious kitchen in which to gather and cook our own breakfast each day. There was plenty of space in the living room for all to crash and watch Holiday Movies in the evenings. Easy and close parking.

St. Patrick’s Day Getaway Weekend

It was a perfect getaway weekend!!! We left the car parked in the designated spot and took everything out of the car and we were not broken into and it was there every morning when I woke up. It was a beautiful place. It was a great drop off and sleep spot.

Great SF house

My family flew in to SF and wanted to see the city for a few days. I was coming up from Monterey and chose emmanuels house. It had 3 bedrooms and plenty of parking. House was very clean. Kitchen was nice big and bright. Beds were amazing! So comfortable! I would highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the city but don’t want to deal with the headache of staying downtown and worry about parking.

Found a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. Water for the bath/shower was quirky to get hot, hot was cold and cold was hot. Hair was all over the floors and bathroom. Thankfully the sheets were clean. Owner was great with communication and location was good.

Great Location

Location is great. Cons: Would be nice to have some towel racks in the bathroom for all of the towels. Dishes are rimmed with metal so they get hot around the edges if you put them in the microwave. Towels smelled like mold. Pros: Parking was easy. Neighborhood is nice. The little communication I had with the owner was fine. Close restaurants in walking distance. Parks right out the front door. Overall: Its fine if you need a place to stay, just can't be too picky. I'd stay there again as the location is great and we can handle a place that is rough around the edges.

Communication is key

Reading the most recent reviews after already booking the property, to say we were apprehensive, is an understatement. Speaking with the host prior to our visit reinforced our concern. HOWEVER, we had 6 family members stay (3 under the age of 7) for two nights and it's a great property. Bathrooms aren't as advertised, BUT, definitely doable. Baking pans are scarce, so know that and bring your own, if needed. Communication with host after our first encounter was fantastic! He was agreeable and helpful for our stay. We were very appreciative.

A great house that could be a great stay

Generally we enjoyed that house. Emmanuel very kindly let us drop our bags early before we took off on our adventures the first day. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It needs some upgrades to be a really good rental property. There were very few dishes, cookware, and silverware and they were clearly Goodwill type buys. A matching set of dishes, cookware and silverware would really elevate the home. The main bath was roomy with a decent shower. However hot water was hard to come by in the shower. Yes, the second bathroom is tiny but it served our needs. Oh and if you’re the least bit allergic to the scent of fabric softener, you’ll need to air out the beds before using.

Great location; Comfy beds; a little dated but overall great property.

First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. But we managed to make it work, once we figured out how to get the hot water. I finally broke down on the second day and messaged the host, and he responded very quickly with how to get that working. The kitchen had very few supplies. Only one butter knife and no real plates, only china that could not be microwaved. I would recommend adding a few more supplies in the kitchen. Also the furniture was a little heavy for the kitchen, old fashioned dining room table with heavy wooden chairs, it seemed out of place, but this is just a suggestion. Lastly, i would recommend making sure there is full hand soap in the bathrooms. The shampoo and conditioner were almost empty on arrival, but we had brought our own. It's these little things that make a difference. Overall, great stay, great location, great communication with the host.

AVOID THIS PLACE !!! PLEASE !!!!

Host failed a claim against us for couple thousdands $$$ after we mention that place was completely filthy !!! one bathroom was un sanitary upon our arrival /dirty toilet /sink , long hair all over shower , floor / We took the pictures when we arrived with date and time on it , didn t what to make a big deal from it since we travel long way - now we know we should contact Vrbo right away not the host . Un clear parking option, have to move Your car every couple hours to avoid a ticket , no washer or dryer was found on the property as advertisng , definetly no hot tub !!! as advertisng or children games/ plates .Everything looked very old and un cleaned , don t expect matching sheets ,towels , dishes , plates , everything is from deferent era . AFTER BOOKING host asked to pay aditional money for water /gas He made a false claim that we ruin the floor , and bed sheets which was worth $$$$$! Please if You want to have a nice stay look some where else , We always book our vaction on Vrbo but this time we ignore negative opinions for this property

We had a nice overall stay. Super easy check-in. Great communication with Emmanuel, the host.The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, extra bedding, and towels. Parking was super easy, the location was great, and we felt safe the entire time. The home was clean, though there was a mild musty smell throughout. The main bathroom drain struggled a bit, and the kitchen could use more basic cooking essentials like pans, cookware, and tools, if you plan on cooking. Overall, a pleasant place to stay and we would stay here again. Thanks, Emmanuel!
