We had a great stay! Wonderful hotel with extravagant interior finishes! Only thing that kinda sucked was checking in at 5:30pm took over 15 minutes in line with only one person working. We thought “oh well, must just be short staffed.” Not the case. We later walk through the lobby and see 4 attendants behind the counter with not a sole at the desk or in line. Seems weird. Checking out was the same experience.

The room was grand and spacious as expected, with a spectacular view. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The gym is fantastic
