the staff were friendly, knowledgable and professional. When I had questions about using public transportation, they were very helpful. The rooms were small but provided everything and still made it feel cozy. The wifi was good and the work station provided was adequate. Water was warm and so was the complimentary coffee. They even had complimentary gumballs for the little ones and my son loved it. I will be staying here again for all my future trips to SF.

The hotel is good - average. The rooms are smaller, and the carpet seems dirty. There is a distinct smell throughout the corridors. The location is great, though - the only problem is the growing concern of homeless around the area, but I guess that's everywhere in San Fran.

Loved my stay! Staff was great, conditions were great. Yes there were homeless people but you’re in SF in the city. Like you knew what you were getting into. It’s like any major city. I felt safe for the duration of my trip and would recommend!
