"Communication with host was excellent. The Spruce Cottage was immaculate and oh so comfortable. Great bed and a nice bathroom. The cottage was the perfect size for me. The outdoor space had comfortable seating, a clean grill and was private. Convenient to restaurants and Balboa Park. Plenty of on street parking. I loved my stay. I look forward to future stays!"

"Our family really appreciated our stay! The whole premise was very clean, all amenities were well stocked, and the host was very responsive. Our family had lots of fun cooking together on the grill and playing pool and ping pong! The place was very spacious and clean, the only uncomfortable part was not having a large dining table. The neighborhood also seemed pretty safe. The house was conveniently located, with SD downtown and a lot of places we wanted to go to within 10-20 minutes of driving distance. I would recommend staying here! "
