"While everything else was great, I was disappointed by the maintenance and parking. The parking fee is too high, and the exit layout is confusing since you have to return the key before reaching the card machine. The bathroom was especially problematic: the sink was clogged and the water wouldn't go down, there was a dirty hole in the basin, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. I also found dirty shelves and a band-aid on the ceiling. "

I called an hour and a half before we made it to the hotel, letting them know we just got married, and they not only gave us a complimentary upgrade to an extremely nice room but also hooked us up with champagne. The staff was extremely nice, the amenities were great, and we would 1000% come back. The pool, ambiance, and food were also amazing. We highly recommend staying here to celebrate or just hang out!"
