This location was very convenient. Although parking is not provided, we always found on street parking. Our only issue was that the coded lock on the front door was very touchy. Several times we had to stand out there redoing the code until it would work. Twice, we needed someone to let us in. people that had been there. Longer-term said that this has been a problem for a while. Otherwise, this was a basic, nice place to stay. Being able to use the kitchen and laundry was a plus.
I needed something basic and affordable for two nights in San Diego. I had never heard of Outsite before but was willing to take a chance on it because none of the reviews mentioned bedbugs or criminal activity. I rented room 11 which has a twin bed and access to a private bathroom that is not en suite. If I were looking for a longer stay or something nicer for a vacation with my spouse, I wouldn't choose it for that, but for a place to lay my head and take a shower while I was in town for some training it was perfect. I was able to store a few groceries in my assigned spot in the fridge, and there was assigned pantry space if I wanted it as well. There are communal things like coffee, tea, sugar, spices, and cooking oil too. My house mates were quiet and kelly the place clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe too. The mattress was pretty comfortable. The room and the bathroom were both tiny but adequate for one person staying alone. All the other rooms appear to include en suite bathrooms, and there are communal-use kitchen, laundry, living room, and dining room. Would recommend for anyone not looking to party or be loud in the middle of the night. House rules are strict about no noise after 10:00 p.m.
Outsite is like co-working turned into co-habitation. Great shared space. Helpful staff. This was in a great location. I got some good work and reflection done.
My room was so convenient from the front door, nice kitchen and washer and dryer. There was one guest that didn't like me,

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The remote control was not working in the Room 02. We literally had to unplug tv to turn it off. Unable to use TV. Cleanliness was great except there was a tube of lip balm on floor- not mine.
After throughly reading the description of the type of stay i will be having at onsite i still didnt know what the expect.
However i was not disappointed at all. Apon my arrival at onsite the only real "issues" i had was parking as it says in the descriptions its all on street. Walking into onsite i was greated with a kitchen that was filled with enough forks, plates, cups for the whole house as well as pots and pans to cook with.
I had some concerns as a solo female traveler before my first night at onsite, so i texted the property Manager Madison who made all my concerns go away.
My first night out of the 3 staying there was so quiet! I was told that there was 3 other people in the house with me but i didnt see or hear anyone except for one person cooking themselves dinner. Everyone really kept to themselves and stayed nice and quiet in there rooms pretty much my entire stay. I had my own cute little room with a bathroom that felt like home. The second day of my stay was even quieter! Granted i wasnt home all day i believe that not everyone is cooped up inside of outsite and we all just come back for a nice cozy place to sleep. As for the A.C in the house i just want to agree that it was very cold but as an arizona girl i appreciated the temperature of the house especially at night. I loved my stay at outsite. And it was cozy knowing there were other people in the house with me despite how quiet we all stayed. I would come back here anytime
Despite the shower head being a bit aggressive, this is one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had staying at a hotel. It felt like a bed and breakfast. The room was immaculate. The bad was spectacular. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There were wonderful restaurants and entertainment nearby. The staff I spoke with were so lovely. It made me want to move to San Diego.
The place was beautiful and very well maintained. I loved my room, and it had all the basic amenities I needed. I was only there for a short stay, but I wouldn't mind booking this place for a longer visit too.
I loved the location! Near to bus #2 stops, at a walking distance to cafes, restaurants and super central. I was there as a tourist so that was great! The room had lots of natural light and a nice view of downtown at night.
Cons: you could hear the street noise in my room (so not recommended for light sleepers), you can’t control the temp (AC was magically on or off and the Roku TV would turn on but the channels would never load)… if you plan to stay for a long period that might get annoying.
Overall I liked it and would stay there again.
Kelli was attentive and solved a sink issue. She followed up to make sure everything is ok.
Since it is a house, there might usual noises you can hear like boards creaking which is normal to a house .
Only street parking is available .
No room for late check out and storage for bass after checkout since you can only leave it in the kitchen / dining room until 1 pm before the code expires .
