We have had many guests request to be on a higher floor, so they can be away from any noise or passersby on the property. We are located in a small industrial pocket (long before most of the places around us), and we’ll be the first to admit that our location is unusual for a hotel. Although the location is not something we can change, we do like to tell people that “we are an oasis in the middle of nowhere, but only minutes to everywhere!” The great thing about our location is that we are a quick walk to Historic Old Town, and across the street from the Old Town Transit Center so you can get around town with ease if you want to leave your car behind. Our complimentary breakfast is a very convenient way for our guests to get a quick pick me up before heading out to explore San Diego. Should they want something a little more substantial in the morning, there is a fantastic breakfast restaurant just a five-minute walk from us. Hello Ariana. I apologize for your experience with us. This is definitely not the typical guest stay, and it caught all of us by surprise. The city informed us that they would be working on a water valve three days before it was supposed to happen. The city's work is what made our fire alarms go crazy. The sudden drop and rise in water pressure from their repairs wreaked havoc on our sensors. Anyway, that's neither here nor there. We are truly sorry that your experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons, and we hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.
