Our family came in and checked in with zero issues. Spent a few evening here and it was great! The staff was friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. It could some new I terior dorrs due to what I imagine is water damage but the place is next to the ocean and not exactly new. If that's my only issue,, I'll stay here whenever we come back.

The backyard for dogs is not advertised as a communal backyard but it is. Someone had an aggressive dog off leash, my dog had to go inside to wait for them to leave even though they needed to go potty. Two different doors were broken and unable to close. One of our pillows was ripped. There is a sign on the gate to go to the ocean, its supposed to have the hours its open listed but the sign was ripped. Dog communal bath soap lid was destroyed, also the soaps were not labelled. There were also no dog towels. Even though there was a rule of no barking dogs, there were a lot of barking dogs. Theres also no rules about shots for dogs, so a sick dog could potentially enter the hotel. Also be safe, my dog picked up fleas from dog ocean beach.
