Old, smells old to, like mildew. Mattresses are way shorter than bed frames. This hotel needs to be remodeled asap. Only good thing was the staff.

Right when we check in we were directed to a room that was occupied. Switched to a room where are air conditioning was broken. Came back from the day to our keys not working. Overall very dirty, unsafe and inconvenient.

The bed was comfortable, the property was maintained poorly and cheaply. No hot water in bathroom sink, bath tub in terrible condition with chipping paint. I really wanted to soak in tub after the long drive. But that wasnt possible. Tiny holes all over the curtains.

Room was dusty and had rust everywhere! The bed was hard! There were gnats flying around! The main door either slammed shut or didn’t want to close at all, couch was dirty, the shower was luke warm, there shower curtain rod was rusted and falling off! There was a fire sprinkler that was very corroded and covered in rust! It was overall a terrible stay and no breakfast. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Property in need of updating, lobby dirty carpet, hood hotel, definetly 2 star hotel manager 1 star no customer service. I payed for 1 king and a twin checked in got a dirty couch with cigarette burns. When asked staff to relocate me the manager that was called said complain tomorrow im busy eating with my kids.Wife had to sleep on 4ft couch. Probably worst experince ever. I asked for a reinburstment but was told call your 3rd party expedia to get reimbursed.

The 1st room we got had dead cockroaches the bathtub and had cockroaches climbing on the walls. The door to the bathroom didn't shut bc of warped door, which was a problem bc our toddler kept trying to play with he toilet. The second room we went to seemed cleaner, but hours later we saw a cockroach crawling over our babies stuffed animal. Also, the fridge smelt horrible and had black mold on the bottom of fridge. Staff was nice, but the whole place seemed so dirty and needed to either be fixed up or renovated.

I tried to get a refund for my two night stay. I had a very close friend pass away and his family wanted me to stay with them and not alone in a hotel. I don’t know what the first Expedia representative said to them but it was denied. I tried again the next day to cancel for the second day and the manager told the second Expedia representative that I was making it up I just didn’t like the room. They never came and spoke with me to confirm if what the first representative said was true or not. Other than needing to be vacuumed and updated on many many things the room was fine for the purpose I reserved it for. (Shower, a little nap here and there and a quiet room to cry and mourn my friend alone)

One of the housekeepers knocked my door so many times and tried to open my door at 9 am in the morning. The door was almost opened but I stopped the person to open the door by making a shout to stop. It is a very basic and common etiquette for clerks of hospitality service not to open a guest's room before a checkout time no matter what. There was no tiny little reason for them to open a guest's door to clean the room ealier without check with counter or admin office whether a guest is still inside or not. Unacceptable situation by any reason. No doubt. Super unsatisfied with it.

I had an older clerk that moved very slowly and the checking in took a very long time. My room key cards didn’t work at first so I had to go back to that slow worker and wait even longer for it to be resolved. The room was very dated.
