Amazing Sunset Views & Location

Property was in the perfect location! Far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to walk/ride bikes to restaurants, Belmont Park, etc. Amazing sunsets and bonfires on the beach, right in front of the condo. Check in was easy and Maurice/Property Manager was very responsive to some minor issues. We had an awesome vacation and will be back!

Nice place next to the beach

Clean and nice 3 bedroom place right on the boardwalk of Mission Beach. The parking is tight so you wouldn’t want to bring anything bigger than a mini van. Great times! Hope to come back again!

Awesome beach experience

This was a perfect spot for our family — four adults and two young children. We liked the relaxed vibe of Mission Beach and having a boardwalk just outside the condo was a fun way to start the day. The view is spectacular and the condo is well stock and in good condition. The photos were accurate We would definitely come back and stay again.

Great Location, Great Condo!

Fantastic condo with an excellent location. We loved watching the volleyball players and the surfers all day long. It is right on the beach with the boardwalk right there. It's a beatuiful easy walk down the boardwalk to the restuarants, entertainment and shops. The condo was appointed with all the basic needs which was super helpful! We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back!

The penthouse villa was nice, except for the over all maintenance regarding cleanliness. Beautiful location on the beach very enjoyable watching the volleyball players and listening to the waves crashing.

Great property, right on the strand. Went with 2 families of 4, plenty of room. Could use a little updating and a few beach chairs to use but perfect for a family vacation. Highly recommend! Note: there is a garage but if you have a Tahoe or similar you will need to park in municipal lot about 1/4 mile away, it won’t fit.

Property, location weather were all fantastic. Only negative is that they were doing some construction on the property and we were woken up by hammers on the wall and workers staring into our bedroom and bathroom one morning. A little uncomfortable to say the least, but I wouldn't let this stop me from coming back (after the work has been completed).
