Summary:

Experience the charm of Sunset at Santa Cruz, a modern Spanish-style house in San Diego, just moments from the beach. This beautifully remodeled home features a brand-new interior, a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Enjoy the upstairs balcony and unwind in the cozy living room. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's perfect for families. Explore nearby attractions like the zoo and theme parks.

The Space:

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.

-There is a new washer/dryer located on the property; it is shared by 3 other units and is operated through the WASH app for payment.

Guest Access:

Self check in: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the lock box located at your bungalow. We ask all guests to please make sure to put the key back in the lock box before departure.

Guests love OB for its dog-friendly beach, lively nightlife, farmers market, year-round surfing, and relaxed coastal vibe making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking an authentic San Diego beach experience with easy access to the city’s top attractions.

We have two flat screen TVs equipped with a Roku for streaming from all services. Cable is not provided.

We have found that many of our guests appreciate to be unbothered throughout their stay; however, I pride myself on creating the best guest experience possible and am always available if a guest needs anything! In short, do not hesitate to call or message me!

Fantastic Home in an Amazing Location

We were more than impressed with the home. It worked tremendouy well for our family. The home was clean and well updated both in form and function. It is very impressive home in a small package. The host was responsive to a couple questions we had and even gave us a great recomendation for a vendo to rent a crib for our little one so we didnt have to travel with a pack-n-play. The home is located in Ocean Beach, an amazing community, and it is only steps away from the beach and the amazing town center which is full of shops and resturants. We were also only minutes from Mission Beach, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and Midway. The proximity to the airport made for an easy commute as well. We will do out best to stay here again if it is available next time we visit. My only concern will be planning far enough in advance to make sure it isnt booked because once more people find out about this place it will become hard to find availability.
