Masterfully remodeled and refreshed, this home features 4 bedrooms (3 with King beds, sofa queen, and a queen over queen bunk bed), 2 full bathrooms, and a resort-style backyard centrally located in the heart of San Diego. Mission trails and Cowels Mountain are less than a 5-minute drive away and a 10-minute walk down to Lake Murray. 4 playgrounds within a 5-minute drive or go down to the lower level of property for the kids play area or jump on the walk on trampoline.

The space:
Stylish, Stunning, and an unbeatable location, this property offers everything a large group could need for the perfect San Diego vacation getaway. The house has a massive solar system so feel free to run the AC as much as you want. There is also a Level 2 EV charger for no extra charge, so if you are renting a car feel free to get an EV and charge at the house!

Featuring family friendly space, this adorable home has plenty of space to sleep one or two families. There are king beds in 3 of the rooms with the primary bedroom also having a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The bunk room that has a queen over queen bunk bed. All rooms have 55-inch smart TVs with Netflix already signed. Each room has a sound machine, soft cotton bedding, extra pillows, mirrors, luggage racks, and hangers.

There are two bathrooms, one in the hall that has a double sink with a shower and bath combo and a second bathroom in the primary bedroom with a double sink and shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including oil and spices. Drip coffee marker, hot water kettle, toaster, and microwave.

Outdoor living is truly San Diego at its finest, and this home is the perfect example. The backyard is where you will spend most of your time relaxing! There is a brand new 65-foot lap pool, 10-person hot tub, fire pit, BBQ with natural gas connected, 4-person infrared sauna, covered patio with seating and dining, lounge chairs, trampoline, play area, garden where you can pick fresh herbs, fully fenced front and backyard for the little ones.

Great space for kids where you will have a pack and play, highchair, bath toys, kids’ toys, play area on level below with a slide, chalk board, and trampoline.

The gym is set up in the garage with a Spinner stationary bike, free weights 2-20 lbs, work out bench, yoga mats, and an exercise ball.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood which will allow you peace and tranquility. Hiking at Mission Trails and Cowels Mountain are less than a 5-minute drive away. Lake Murray is a 10-minute walk down the hill or 3-minute drive. You can walk around the lake, feed the ducks, or play in the playground. There are 4 different playgrounds within a 5-minute drive. Keils supermarket, Simple Coffee Shop, and CVS all a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk.

If you're looking to explore beyond the neighborhood – downtown, beaches, Balboa Park, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, shopping malls, and the airport are all just a 15–20-minute drive away.

Other things to note

1. Pool Heating Charges: $100 per day (June-September), $150 per day (May and October), $175 per day (November- April) 2 days minimum. ***Note that in July-September with the pool solar and the pool cover the temperature of the water is between 80-85 degrees and is often not needed. Feel free to ask what the temperature is a few days before coming and you can decide then if you want to heat it. Please turn on the heating once finished with the pool. If you also close the pool cover at night, it will keep the pool warmer. Hot Tub and Pool- 10 PM Curfew on Strictly enforced, heater will turn off and all noise must be quiet.

2. There is regular Pool and landscape maintenance on Mondays. Please be aware that two service individuals will be accessing the yard on this day.

3. We want you to have a good time, life is too short to not do so. But we also want to respect our neighbors, which is of the utmost importance to us. This is a FAMILY neighborhood, with especially cool adjacent neighbors. Out of respect to them, we do not allow parties or events and have strict outdoor quiet hours’ time of 10 PM - 8 AM. This means, NO Hot Tub or pool use, or other outdoor amenity use after 10 PM, strictly.

Further, just in general, please maintain a reasonable level of noise at the property during regular hours as well. This means but isn't limited to: Outdoor TV volume at a low/reasonable level, vehicle noise (no revving engines), yelling/screaming, etc.

Also, we ask that just an overall level of respect for neighbors is maintained at all times. Please just occupy the space as if you were living there and had friendly neighbors to keep the peace with on a day in and day out basis. Especially music...please understand that loud music travels and can be disruptive so please be cognizant of music volume even during non-quiet hours.

Please, if you cannot obey this rule then this is not the correct listing for you. If violated, the Police may be called, and fines may be imposed of which you will be responsible for.

4. Absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted on the premises.

5. Parking - there are 2 spots in the driveway and 3 in front of the house. If you must park cars on the street, not in front of the house, please be mindful of neighbors and realize that many of them like to park their cars in front of their homes. Level 2 EV charging plug.
