"We were a family of 12 and it ranged from a small toddler to teenagers and adults and let me just say this home accommodated all ages perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was certainly a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes of all kinds even dishes and utensils that were toddler friendly. "The rental started with being warmly greeted by Mary the property. She could not be more accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect spot and convenient to great pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Away from the noise of the boardwalk we found this to be the perfect spot. This house had everything needed to be fully functional as if home. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful location."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay! This place has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful weekend away. We had a large group (9) and had plenty of room. Honestly, I think the pictures online don't do the rock structure/pool combo enough justice. Two slides, a hot tub, and a spot to overlook the Pacific Beach area. So cool. Ask about the pool house - such a unique space! The only drawback is that it's a bit out of the way so you might want to look into car rentals. Overall, we couldn't have asked for...

"The property was just as described and pictured. We had one small problem which was fixed promptly. The primary shower floor is Very slippery. A palm tree crashes into the primary bedroom window when it is windy. The water pressure in the downstairs shower is weak. Otherwise, all is good to Great..."

"The house was clean and comfy. It was close to everything (SeaWorld, Port, SD Zoo). Had everything we neede (except Washer and dryer), but there were laundry places around. I was surprised how quiet it was considering it was close to traffic. Would recommend!"

We were not up to speed on the Ocean Beach vibe, but if you are looking for an old time, relaxed beach experience, this is for you. Apartment unit was well stocked. Nothing fancy, but its the beach! Parking is limited to street. Not a problem in February, but might be a little challenging during the summer season."

"Absolutely loved this property. We spent most of our time outside relaxing in the yard - sometimes around the fire pit. We also loved walking the trail system that circles the lagoon that is right by the property. The house had everything we needed and was well appointed. I had trouble opening the door - my fault! and the host responded very promptly. No other issues at all. The most relaxing trip. I am already trying to see when we can come back. Thank you!!"

Only thing was I wasn’t receiving the communications through Expedia/Vrbo so I had to reach out to see how to check in. Once I did that, communication was excellent. Great stay.
