"All honesty it looked great and everything very very busy I was informed they will call me once my room is ready but i didnt get a call at all i had to call myself around 5 oclock to check if it was ready keep in mind my check in time is at 4 oclock so i got no call then i booked a 1 bed room not a 2 bed room i went in there and there was 2 beds me and my gf was so confused and was like i paid for a 1 bedroom not a 2 bed room then there was no shampoos or conditioner at all everything was empty ive nevr been to a hotel this organized before"
