Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Had a terrific time at Holiday Inn Vanuatu. The staff a very attentive and helpful. They are happy to help with requests and do everything with a smile.
The facilities are great but did notice a loose tap in my room and my colleagues room had an issue with a water leak. However staff address the issue promptly.
The food at the hotel is excellent!"
"Lovely place for a nice quiet, relaxing stay. Exactly what I needed to unwind. The reef off the beach was amazing, even had two dugongs make an appearance ny last day. The room was lovely, and for a garden view room had a nice view of the water. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout. 10/10. Will be back."
"This wasn’t our first time staying here, and we absolutely love this resort!
We were upgraded to a waterfront villa, and it was exceptional! Beautifully renovated, fresh, modern, and everything looked brand new. 10/10!
The staff could be a little more friendly and attentive, especially at the pool bar. 8/10
Our son absolutely loved the kids’ club! However, the floor was quite dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable letting my 1-year-old crawl around there. The toys could also use an update. 8/10
The food was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. We stayed at Iririki Resort for a few nights towards the end of our holiday, and the food there was noticeably better.
Overall, it’s a beautiful tropical resort with a lovely atmosphere. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"
"There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point"
"We had a wonderful stay at Lagoon Garden! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, and the service was warm, thoughtful, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this lovely place, and we would definitely love to come back!"
Make a point to visit attractions such as The Summit Gardens and The Secret Garden Vanuatu. During your stay, visit sights such as Mele Cascades, Port Vila Golf Country Club and Mele Bay. The snorkelling and restaurants are just some of the things to enjoy while you're in the area.
