Summary:
Located in the friendly town of Loftus in North Yorkshire, High Street is a modern and spacious holiday let sleeping up to five guests. Just a short distance to the town centre and nearby seaside attractions in Saltburn-by-the-Sea and Whitby, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Beautifully refurbished, this maisonette apartment is also ideally located for exploring the North York Moors National Park.

The Space:
High Street has a bright and spacious living room area which can be found as you enter the apartment on the right at the top of the first set of stairs. Featuring a modern media wall with flat screen Smart TV and two comfy sofas, this space is perfect for relaxing.

The family bathroom, also located on the first floor, features a bath with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

The kitchen can be found at the end of the first-floor hallway. Sleek in style, the kitchen boasts dove grey, smooth cabinets and modern appliances. With everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay, you can make the most of your self-catering stay in Loftus.

Take the stairs up to the second floor and you’ll find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed while the second bedroom features a bunk bed and the third is a double. Each bedroom has storage space and premium bed linens to ensure you have the most comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.

On-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Up to four well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay per reservation.

Nice spot, some glaring omissions

The flat is in a good spot and is well decorated and airy but there was no dining table for a family of five so we had to eat our dinners off our laps and as there were only 2 small sofas, one of us had to sit on the floor. The main bedroom did not have a curtain or shutters and looked out to the high street so although the bed was comfy, we woke up at dawn every day. The bunk bed was squeaky and inadequate for our teens. The kitchen was big and airy but didn’t have a chopping board and no washing machine which is a bit remiss. The inner front door at the top of the stairs wasn’t attached to the hinges properly which was probs a bit dangerous. We were given a code to the yard downstairs which clearly upsets the man who lives there (he was in a bit of a rage) and should not be used imo… It wasn’t a complete write off as the village is incredibly friendly and has lots of pubs. The owners were very communicative before the hols but not very helpful re: curtains etc after we got there…We tend to adapt to things like this quite well but no tables and not enough chairs was a bit of a pain tbh
