"Overall, we had a very good stay here and would stay again. Check-in was smooth, the gentleman helping us at the front desk was professional, accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He helped us arrange the complimentary airport shuttle for our very early 6:00 AM flight; explained you couldn't show up it had to be scheduled. I mentioned I was nervous about cutting it too close, he recommended a 4:30 AM shuttle. The room itself was clean, spacious, comfortable had a microwave and mini fridge. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. The only issue we ran into was with the airport shuttle as it did not arrive at the scheduled time. When I went to ask about it at 4:29 AM, the woman working was unfortunately not very reassuring or empathetic. She told me I was being unreasonable because the shuttle was booked for 4:30 and it was not technically late yet, then explained the driver was the only one working and would be there in about 10 minutes. The shuttle ultimately arrived 12 minutes late and everything did work out, however it definitely made the airport experience much more rushed than we had planned for, especially after specifically trying to avoid that situation when scheduling transportation. That said, I would absolutely stay here again. My only recommendation to future guests with early flights would be to schedule an earlier shuttle than you think you need, just to give yourself some extra buffer time."

"There were multiple stains on the ceiling. Paid for a room with small kitchen however there were no utensils cups or glasses. Had to request cleaning as they missed two days of refreshing towels and taking out trash. Disappointed as prices were high due to multiple college graduation but inexcusable as to quality and cleanliness of rooms and common spaces. Air conditioner not working properly "

"My family and I stayed one night on our way to Boston. Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location."

"As with many other Comfort Inn properties, this facility was average at best. Due to limited availability in the area, I ended up paying a significant amount ($1,200 for a 3-night stay) which made the overall experience even more disappointing. The first room assigned to me had mold on the windows, which I unfortunately discovered on the second day. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk changed the room promptly once I reported it. On the first day itself, I had also requested a replacement comforter because the one in the room was heavily stained. In addition, the sink was leaking, and some of my belongings placed underneath got wet. The room also had a persistent musty smell throughout the stay. Overall, this was a below-average experience and not what I expected given the price paid"

"Upon arrival to the property I was alarmed to find out that it was nothing as what was advertised. I checked in and only stayed for about 45 minutes before needing to vacate due to safety reasons. People using hard drugs in the parking lot, water damage and peeling paint in the room, tv didn’t work and there was no remote. A very unpleasant environment and experience and my fiance and I had our toddler with us. We are still waiting to be refunded by the property and Expedia for our 7 day reservation that we cancelled after 45 minutes at the location. "
