"The hotel is good and service excellent. The pool water was extremely hot but they fixed it after informing about it, but it took a long time to cool"

"Staff amazing and polite and the room is always very clean. The ice machines are up to date and well maintained. I wish the front door was automatic to help bringing in luggage and the breakfast is limited. Other than that everything else is great and it’s right next to a McDonald’s that stays open until 3am"

"Tru is a great low cost option for visiting the Camillus/Syracuse area. The location is convenient and the price is right. The rooms are somewhat spartan, more appropriate as a place to sleep than a place to stay. Our room overlooked the very nearby Costco and we had to listen to a generator hum all night. Not ideal, but not insurmountable. Will almost certainly stay there again, but I can't imagine ever looking forward to it."

Like someone had cooked in the room The back door the water was not draining from the rain and had to step in water "
