"What a beautiful location! We used the trains and buses so the hotel was very convenient. Someone was there to greet us upon arrival but there is a self check-in that is helpful when arriving at various times. Breakfast was available at an extra charge but can be eaten there or taken with you. The shower is in the room so with four people there was a little less privacy and space but beds were comfortable and it is very quiet. This was a great place for us to branch out from this little town...

I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us. Pool and sauna is open 24/7 and the can also book massages at the desk on check in."

"Chambres jolies et confortables. Cet hotel est plutôt un 4 étoiles que 5. Le petit déjeuner est tres décevant est tres éloigné de ce que l'onn trouve habituellement dans un 5 étoiles: menu tres pauvre, service incroyablement lent, mauvaise qualité des plats cuisine (oeufs brouilles secs, pancakes immangeables, ...) La localisation est parfaite, au bout de la rue commerçante de Gstaad."
