The facilities are very good, the room was very spacious, and even had a kitchenette, with cooker, dishwasher etc. Parking was in an underground car park, and with the hotel discount was very good value. The train station to Zermatt is just a short walk away. In all very much recommended!"

The cleaning could of been better in the room, the carpet was not well clean with the vaccum and we left one day 2 dirty glasses and when we were back at night they were not change! have never been clean"

"Our accommodations were beautiful. The view out from the balcony to the mountains was breathtaking. The staff was very nice. The cleanliness was impeccable. Also they have a store on the bottom floor which was very convenient. They have underground parking and a place to do laundry for free. We had an amazing time. We would stay there again."
