Nice place for summer holidays in Campania

We spent nice holidays in Bivio Pratole. The house is in quiet part of the city. The appartment is large, good air condition system, well furnished. We appreciate your hospitality which created pleasent envirnoment during our holidays. I can recommend your house for holidays for families with kids (and not only for them).

Sopra le ns migliori aspettative e con un valore aggiunto: il proprietario!

L'annuncio ben descriveva la proprietà' ma faceva solo un accenno sul proprietario. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi sulla location e sull'atmosfera rilassante che tutto il verde ben curato che circonda la casa produceva. Ma credetemi non e' solo ciò' per cui vale la pena soggiornare... Il Professor Gerardo e'stato il valore aggiunto per il nostro soggiorno.... accogliente disponibile ed attento ad ogni nostra minima esigenza ... si e' messo a nostra completa disposizione anche per consigli sul territorio e su ciò' che valesse la pena di visitare. Trovare una voce amica in un territorio poco noto fa senzaltro piacere. Cosa che non guasta la casa nonostante sia al pian terreno ha una luce fantastica e la zona soggiorno molto ampia e' dotata di due grandi fonti di luce... una bella porta finestra e una grande finestra nella zona cucina.. tutte e due donano sul curatissimo giardino del professor GERARDO che e' ricco di piante di ogni specie e comprende persino un terrario con delle belle tartarughe. Aspiratori e condizionatori funzionali e funzionanti sono presenti in ogni stanza della casa. Una chicca sfiziosa: Una delle due camere da letto e' dotata di una illuminazione verde molto rilassante! I tendaggi bianchi con alberi stilizzati in verde .. le pareti bianche e la suddetta luce verde - che in alternativa ovviamente può' diventare tradizionale - sono un toccasana per ampliare l'effetto relax della vostra vacanza!

Wir waren das dritte Mal da und wurden herzlich empfangen - wie alte Freunde. Es passt einfach so, wie es ist. Kein Luxus, aber alles ist da, was man so braucht. Man hat direkten Zugang zu einem wunderschönen, mit viel Liebe angelegten Garten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Séjour inoubliable à Villa Vinca

Gérardo et Concetta, nos 2 hôtes hors pair, nous ont réservé un excellent accueil et donné tous les conseils utiles pour découvrir la Campanie : la côte Almafitaine (prendre le bateau et les bus depuis Salerne), avec Amalfi et son Duomo, Cerata et ses baignades dans une eau limpide, Vietri sulle Mare et ses céramiques, Ravello et ses jardins suspendus, le petit village de Minori qui se rejoint à pied depuis Ravello, à travers la montagne (compter 1h30 de descente). Nous conseillons aussi les visites de Pompei et Paestum, 2 sites archéologiques étonnants. Mais venir à Villa Vinca, c'est surtout faire une belle rencontre autour de la philosophie, des voyages et de la chanson. Nous avons passé 2 soirées guitare "incredibile", comme dit Gérardo, à chanter des mélodies franco-italiennes tendres et drôles. Gérardo et Concetta nous ont aussi fait déguster leur Mozarella di Buffala, de fabrication artisanale et dont le goût est à "tomber par terre". Notre séjour s'est déroulé dans un climat de tendresse et d'amitié à faire vivre "pour le futur" comme le précise Gérardo. Nous recommandons cette location spacieuse, notamment pour la qualité de l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de ses propriétaires.

Bonjour

Gerardo et Concetta sont très accueillants, extrêmement attentifs au bien-être de leurs hôtes et au bon déroulement de leur séjour. Nous avons apprécié et suivi les conseils de Gerardo pour visiter les plus beaux sites situés à proximité du gite. Le gîte est d’ailleurs très bien situé pour accéder à ceux-ci. De plus, le jardin de Gerardo et Concetta est une véritable pe titre oasis à Bvio Pratole. Merci à Concetta et Gerardo !

Wonderful spacious appartment with secure parking and private gardens

Geraldo and his wife are a very sweet couple who welcome strong family values and have a desire to ensure their guests make the most of their stay. They live on the upper floor of the appartment and provide that additional feeling of security when we went out on adventures. The roomy appartment has a good layout for large family sharing but also enabling privacy when required. The aircon was good in one of the bedrooms and the other was ok, in the high temperatures, it can get rather warm inside, something we didnt mind. The bathroom and kitchen are as functional as needed, and there's an additional outdoor shower in the rear private garden too. Also in the garden are some tortoises and a terrapin, all self contained and happy in the outdoors. There's a t.v. and lots of books for local interests, the amalfi coast is only a few minutes drive away. Gerardo is very sweet and had some local bread and amazing local mozzarella ready for our arrival. We gave him our flight details so he could be ready for us, which he was, how wonderful! Even thought we didnt arrive until 21.30, Gerardo was very welcoming and accommodating, and proceeded to show us around the appartment giving us training on the air con, kitchen, shower, tv...etc. His poor wife seemed to know how chatty Gerardo is and tried to say goodnight, but Gerardo was eager to please us and continued to explain various things within the apartment. Gerardo speaks Italian or French, no English. This made communications both exciting and challenging but with various combinations of miming, talking slowly, charades, and even drawing! Gerardo brought his daughter along the next day to help us communicate. Thank you Benedetta! Following a wondeful week in the sun, this is one place where we would happily return for more italian sunshine. A big, warm, and heartfelt thank you to Gerardo and his family, you made our Italian holiday very special! Ciao!

Parfait!!

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis dans cette jolie maison par Gerardo et Conchetta. Le logement est très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région, proche de Pompei, Naples, Paestum, le Cilento, la côte amalfitaine etc... L’appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel et le jardin bien agréable. Les enfants ont adoré vivre près des animaux de la maison et ont été touchés par la gentillesse et l’authenticité de nos hôtes.

Excellent séjour en Campanie

Nous avons été accueilli à Bivio Pratole par Gerardo et Concetta. Un couple adorable qui aime les gens. Arrivés tard, nos hôtes ont été très serviables. Ils nous ont commandé des pizzas et nous avions sur la table de l'excellente mozarella en cadeau de bienvenue. L'appartement est agréable car très frais, sachant que c'est un élément appréciable après une journée de visite sous le soleil Italien. Le jardin est appréciable pour un petit bain de soleil ou un moment de lecture. Gerardo nous a indiqué les visites à faire dans la région. La location est bien située, à 20 km de Salerne. Idéale pour prendre le bateau pour la côte Amalfitaine (à éviter absolument en voiture) et Capri, à voir impérativement même si c'est un peu trop touristique. Bien placé aussi pour prendre le train à Salerne et se rendre à Naples. Pompéi à faire est accessible en voiture. A côté de cela, Gerardo nous a conseillé de voir Paestum, très intéressant avec ses deux temples grecs. Enfin, nous avons pu découvrir grâce à Gerardo, l'agriturismo Le Tempio. C'est une ferme restaurant ou l'on fabrique de la mozarella de Bufflone et ou on peut trouver d'autres produits (charcuterie, fromages). On y mange très bien à un prix défiant toute concurrence. Séjourner chez Gerardo et Concetta est un vrai bonheur. Ce sont des hôtes hors pairs. On a l'impression d'être accueillis en famille. Félicitations pour leur savoir-vivre.

Une étape enrichissante

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce lieu calme, un havre de paix au milieu de l'agitation ambiante. Gerardo, ancien professeur de philosophie, musicien, écrivain, jardinier, nous a accueilli de très belle façon. Il est sensible à la nature, l'histoire, la culture, et nous avons évoqué la France qu'il connaît bien. Il a eu la très bonne idée de nous recommander la visite de Paestum, que nous n'avions pas mis au programme. Saurait été très dommage, car cette visite est indispensable pour ceux qui s'intéresse aux beaux monuments grecs et plus généralement à l'histoire. Gerardo vous parlera en détail du fameux plongeur. Un vent d'optimisme souffle sur cette maison, nous la recommandons vivement.

Accueil très chaleureux, propriétaires charmants

"C'est vrai qu'ils sont plaisants, tous ces petits villages, tous ces bourgs, ces hameaux, ces lieux-dits, ces cités, avec leurs châteaux forts, leurs plages. Ils n'ont qu'un seul point faible, c'est être habités" Cette citation de Georges Brassens nous a été confiée par notre hôte, poète, musicien et philosophe. Nous sommes restés 9 nuits dans cette charmante petite villa, avec son petit jardin paradisiaque, admirablement accueillis par Gerardo, Concetta, et leur fille Benedetta. En plus d'un logement confortable, c'est une très belle rencontre humaine et cordiale. La situation est idéale pour les visites de la région, de Naples à Padula, la côte Amalfitaine, Capri,... toutes à moins d'une heure de route. Nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour qui s'est terminé en musique avec nos hôtes. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller vivement cette adresse : accueil chaleureux garanti !

Een week in Bivio Patrole

De tekst van de advertentie klopt niet helemaal. Het betreft niet een vrijstaande woning, maar het is een appartement onder het huis van de eigenaar met eigen opgang. De eigenaar spreekt geen Engels, uitsluitend Italiaans en wat frans. Veel last van blaffende honden van de huizen eromheen. Daarnaast hoor je de vuilnis ophaaldienst 's ochtends voor 6 uur en de eigenaren heen en weer lopen gedurende de dag en avond. Locatie is prima om Napels, ( met de trein), Pompei, de Amalfikust en Paestum te bezoeken.

Excelente todo. Sobretodo los dueños de la casa. Me he sentido como en mi casa

Hemos pasado unos días geniales!!! La casa bellísima!!! Gerardo y Concheta nos han tratado como de la familia, hemos estado como en nuestra propia casa. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. Una experiencia excepcional que nunca olvidaremos. Esperamos poder verlos otra vez algún día!!!

Excellent séjour dans cette maison avec jardin avec un accueil incroyable

Très grande maison très bien agencée avec 2 grandes chambres (nous étions 5) et un grand salon/salle à manger et cuisine ouverte. L'accès au jardin est très facile. Le jardin est un havre de paix après une journée d'excursion. Une surprise attend petits et grands à l'arrivée dans le jardin. La maison est parfaitement située pour aller visiter Paestum, Pompei ou la côte amalfitaine. Enfin Gerardo est un hôte incroyable, passionné, amoureux de la vie, il nous accueille chez lui et nous prodigue d'excellents conseils. Magnifique séjour pour notre famille de 5!!!!

Hôtes très charmants !

Très bel accueil, Les hôtes étaient aux p'tits soins avec qui nous avons même poussé la chansonnette ! l'appartement propre, la situation correspondait à l'annonce, idéale comme point de chute pour les visites, non loin de l'autoroute. Nous avons déniché un excellent restaurant MoraLuna à Capaccio www.moraluna.it

Accueil sympathique et jardin agréable

Appartement spacieux avec un jardin loué par Gerardo au rez de chaussée semi-enterré de sa maison. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. La maison est située dans un lotissement dans une zone peu touristique mais qui permet d'accéder en voiture aux divers endroits touristiques de la côte Amafitaine. Ce n'est pas très loin non plus du magnifique site Paestum ( temples grecs) et où les plages sont plus agréables.

Ferien im Blumengarten

Nach 4 Jahren sind wir gerne hier zurückgekehrt und aufgenommen worden wie alte Freunde. Der wunderschöne Blumengarten ist ein kleines Paradies. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Kindern wirklich gut augehoben gefühlt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß und luftig und wenn es nötig ist, gibt es Ventilatoren und auch eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraße, aber doch nah genug, um auch zu Fuß zum Supermarkt zu kommen. Um all die schönen Plätze (die Badestrände, die Costiera Amalfitana, die Tempel von Paestum, die Stadt Salerno, Pompeji, den Vesuv ........) zu besuchen, die ja auch alle nicht weit entfernt sind, ist man gut beraten, entweder gleich per Auto anzureisen oder sich einen fahrbaren Untersatz zu mieten.

Allemal eine Reise wert !!!!

Als Fremde sind wir gekommen, als Freunde sind wir gegangen. Klaus Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Familie Chiumento, die sich sehr aufmerksam und freundlich um uns gekümmert haben. Man fühlt sich wohl in der "Villa Kunterbunt" und der Garten mit den herrlichen Pflanzen ist ein einziger Traum. Von dort haben wir die Amalfitana erkundet und waren froh, etwas ausserhalb zu wohnen, denn die Verkehrsverhältnisse auf dieser wunderschönen Küstenstrasse sind schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber, in Süditalien gehen die Uhren bekanntlich etwas anders, das sollte man einfach wissen. Wer also das Unkonventionelle liebt, keinen besonderen Komfort braucht, aber nette Gespräche sucht, dafür eine Gitarre vom Hausherrn ausgeliehen bekommt ist beim Professore und seiner reizenden Frau gut aufgehoben. Casa fantastica!

Abbiamo passato dei bellissimi giorni in questa casa molto confortevole e accogliente. Ha un spazioso soggiorno, una cucina perfettamente attrezzata, zona pranzo con un gran tavolo, camere grande e pulitissime e la nota principale di questa casa è il suo giardino molto curato con tantissime piante. Che dire dei suoi proprietari Gerardo e Conchetta, sono delle meravigliose persone che non dimenticaremmo mai. Questa casa ci è rimasta nel cuore.

Spacious house with very nice owners

We stayed two weeks with our family (two adults and 4 young children: 2-5-8-9 yr old). The house is very spacious, even for a big family like us. And the house had everything we needed. The location is perfect to make trips to Napoli, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculanium, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Paestum and Cilento. The owners live in the upper levels of the house and were very kind, helpful and hospitable. I surely would recommend this house to other people.

A lovely house!

Thanks a lot to Gerardo and his wife for their hospitality during our holidays in their house. A nice place to stay if you want to see all the beauties of Amalfi coast, Cilento and Napoly. Very convenient to rest with children with all necessary things you need. A beautiful garden with lemons and flowers, especially roses.
