"Clean and breakfast was great."

"The kitchen is the first room, followed by the two bedrooms side by side. This unusual layout affects privacy, making the property more suitable for a family than friends traveling together. In the morning, we had to wait for one couple to wake up before accessing the kitchen, and in the evening, we had to wait for them to go to bed, otherwise they would have to walk through our bedroom to reach theirs. It’s a very strange setup for maintaining privacy."

"The staff were really friendly when we arrived and the rooms were large, and beds comfortable enough. However, the sink was leaking in the room, which had a towel placed under it, so I sense the staff were aware of the leak. Despite us staying in October time, it was quite noisy within the hotel and it woke us multiple times in the night. You could hear chairs being scraped across tiles and other rooms using their toilets. Therefore I don’t think the rooms are greatly soundproofed. In spite of this, the restaurant was lovely within the hotel and free parking was really good. The hotel is only suitable if you have a car, as it’s not easily walkable or accessible to transport. Good value for money overall. "

"We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. A large, well equipped, warm, comfortable space with character, access to half of the front patio (shared with friendly neighbour’s dogs and cats), as well as the upstairs room and terrace if needed. Ideally located for walking and exploring this chestnut farming region and mountains, close to village shop and bars and also near enough for day trips to archaeological sites. Perfect."

"The place was clean, roomy ,host was great to deal with. It was a perfect vacation spot as my Dad comes from the region and we had easy access to all of our relatives."

"Had a lovely time at the accommodation, staff are brilliant, room was very clean, spacious with a table and chairs outside for enjoying the evening, food was some of the best I’ve had in Italy , although on a couple of evening a limited choice, but this didn’t spoil our experience, it is a beautiful quite location amongst the hills, fab swimming pool. A special thank you to Marco for really making us feel welcome, he took time out to help me practice my Italian I had been learning, but also very attentive to our needs, all in all I’d say great value, and a wonderful place, it really finished off our Italy touring holiday in style and gave us three wonderful days of pure relaxation."
