Your rental is located near the Genoese tower of Fautéa less than 10 minutes from 3 beaches, 6 km from Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio where all the shops are located as well as doctor, pharmacy, gas station.
Very close to the seaside, in the marine village of Pinarello, you can access nautical leisure.
Area 156 m2, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom.
2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed and the third with 2 90 cm beds (can make 180)
Two WC.
Equipped kitchen, induction hob, quartz worktop, pantry.
Each room is independently air conditioned, VMC.
Bathrooms with Italian shower.
Living room with pocket opening overlooking the swimming pool, open view.

A perfect villa with a perfect swimming pool
We had a perfect week in the villa. The house was very spacious en very well equiped. The pool was fantastic. It is a quiet part and there a no shops or restaurants but in 5 minutes you will find everything. Daniel was super helpful.

Mit drei Worten: Ein korsischer Traum!
Wir waren von dem Haus, seiner Lage am Meer und dem Vermieter Daniel rundum begeistert. Das Haus ist äußerst gepflegt, hat eine hervorragende Ausstattung, beginnend mit den beiden großen Badezimmern, die Ausstattung der Küche ist äußerst hochwertig. Man fühlte sich sofort zuhause. Bei der Hitze ist auch die sensationelle Klimanlage zu erwähnen, die absolut lautlos und gut dosiert ihren Dienst tut. Der Vermieter, Daniel, mit seiner sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Art, konnte alle kleinen Fragen und Bitten immer sofort klären und gab uns auch noch wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, zu Fuß ist man in ca. 18 Minuten (mit dem Auto nicht mal 5!) am wunderbaren Strand Fautea oder man nutzt die Lage für Ausflüge in die Berge. Ja, und dann natürlich noch die Außenanlage des Hauses mit einem fantastisch gepflegten Pool, der auch ausreichend tief ist, sowie die Außenküche, wo wir fast jeden Abend auf einem nagelneuen Grill gegrillt haben. Also, mehr Lob geht nicht! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder! Merci Daniel!

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Der Vermieter war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar vorzeitig ins Mietobjekt hineingelassen. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine reichhaltige Küchenausstattung. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig bemessen und verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus. Der wunderschöne Pool mit vielen Sonnenliegen ist ein besonderes Highlight und nachts kann man ihn vielfarbig beleuchten. Das Haus ist angenehm ruhig gelegen, aber man ist in wenigen Minuten an drei Stränden sowie an einigen Supermärkten und Restaurants. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal an den sehr netten Vermieter für den tollen Urlaub.
