One night stop over

The stay was fine. We initially turned up to the wrong hotel as two hotels with same name at the same location. The lady behind the desk was pleasant enough but spoke no English so wrote timings down for breakfast etc. the room was compact but clean and suitable for our one night stop over to Disneyland. The location was fine as had a couple of places to eat including a pub, Mac Donald’s and KFC.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was so convenient to pull up outside our room at midnight and have been sent a code to let us in to our room. No need for a visit to a check in desk, and no long walk to our room. So convenient for what we needed. Thank you.

Split level room layout

The rooms have odd layouts, the beds are in upper level while the toilet and shower are in lower level after entering the room. It caused problem with our friend who had trouble climbing the steep staircase. It was a struggle when checking in late when the reception was closed. Through the intercom we managed to check in. To their credit, a day before check-in they sent me an email with a 10-digit code to retrieve my room access code. It would be great if there was instruction in the email explaining how to use the 10-digit code.

La chambre n'était pas tres agréable. Située a côté des groupes techniques avec du bruit toute la nuit, impossible d'ouvrir la chambre pour avoir de l'air frais et la climatisation ne marchait pas. Impossible de dormir !!

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille dans cette chambre pour quatre. La chambre est petite, la literie est confortable et propre, mais la Clim est bruyante et la fenêtre s’ouvre difficilement car le lit gêne l’ouverture. Il manque un petit frigo dans la chambre et quelques serviettes supplémentaires pour s’essuyer les mains. La chambre dépanne pour une nuit .

Très pratique

Avec la proximité du parc Asterix, cet hôtel est vraiment très utile et bien tenu. Il était très agréable d’y séjourner et la réactivité du personnel confirme ma satisfaction.

Its a strange layout with beds upstairs and toilet ans bathroom below. Stairs are very noisy so everytime anyone went to the loo we were all woken up. Bedding was clean but whole thing just felt a bit grubby

De passage pour une nuit en famille avant d'aller à asterix cet hôtel et pas trop insonorisé car le voisin ronfler fort. La vmc ne fonctionne pas et le manque d'une prise de courant dans la salle de bain

À notre arrivée pas de serviette pour se doucher Aucun moyen de joindre la reception qui était fermé Avons du aller dans un hôtel voisin nous dépanner Fenetre à côté du lit ouverte alors qu'il faisait 1° dehors et que nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin Et le matin au réveil sol vers la fenêtre au pied du lit trempé et glissant sur un parquet

Erst einmal kamen wir auf eine Eingangstür zu, die aussah als wenn ein Auto da duchgefahren wäre. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich dachte, hier bleibe ich nicht.Das Zimmer war sehr, sehr einfach eingerichtet. Das wäre okay. Nur wenn ich nach 12 Stunden Autofahrt endlich im Übernachtungshotel ankomme möchte ich auch eine ruhige Nacht haben. Dies war aber nicht möglich! Da die Klimaanlage alle 20 Minuten ein lautes Knacken verursachte, selbst im ausgeschaltetem Zustand. Gegen 2 Uhr dann endlich vor Erschöpfung eingeschlafen. Dieses Hotel nicht mehr wieder.
