Excellent property to stay at

Its located at a quite location with very friendly owner & a ever smiling staff. Having nice cozy beds and an excellent laundry facility to add on. Worth staying at the property. Would highly recommend it to the travelers.

The bath only has very cold water due to a malfunctioning valve. It seems this was known to the hotel but they still rent the room. Previous guest would have told them. Maintenance is poor in this hotel and you can see it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! I'd definitely come back for another stay! The only this is that the food options are limited if you do not have a car, as I spent a lot on food delivery during my stay.

Very handy and well-priced location on a strip of hotels on a long street by the airport. 5 euro pp shuttle to the airport every 45 minutes. Clean, comfortable rooms and best of all, easy walking distance to the truly astounding restaurant (and we ate in many all over France), l’Ardoise!

This is a basic hotel used for airport access only and it is cheap. As the saying goes you only get what you pay for. It is fine for 1 night. The rooms are a good size but whole place is tired. No shampoo etc. you need your own. There is no hotel shuttle so my recommendation is to Uber both ways 11E compared to 50 quoted for a taxi. The dining room is open for breakfast (absolutely fine) but there is no ability for dinner at night. Drinks and nibbles available at a high price only. Alternatively reception have an online delivery with someone. Truly it is comfortable for a night stopover.

Bathroom had black mould in the grout around the shower when we entered, so we requested a different room, which was marginally better because it had less mould. The staff service at reception and dining was excellent: they stored our luggage safely, advised us well on travel routes for public transportation, and were very accommodating. This is a 3-star hotel with 5-star staff service.

This was the most disgusting Dirtiest hotel I have being in the last 20 years by far From the dirty bathroom with hair in the bathtub and to the killed bugs on the wall No contest

The cost of a taxi from the CDG airport to the Hotel Inn a distance of 1 mile cost 25 euros. All taxi drivers were communicating together causing us to pay a fixed price

We stayed during the Olympics and it appeared the place was overbooked and understaffed. Our room still had painters tape on it and it looked like some rooms on our floor were not occupied possible due to not being finished with renovations. It was in a great location so that made us overlook the other issues. Our room was next to the Air Conditioning and it was very loud and the system turning on and off would wake us up.

Poor customer service

I booked this airport hotel for transfer and contacted hotel for shuttle bus service with details, however they only sent the booking information without the pick up information, the booking information only listed for TGV station not the airport. I called the hotel and no response, people don't know where is the spot to take the bus since this hotel not listed on the airport station like other hotels. we had to travel between Terminal 2 to Terminal 3, no clue where is the pick up point, it is terrible service.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. I could not stay here longer. The lobby was beautiful and misleading as the room was old and unclean. Chipped paint, the mattress was old. The lever on the toilet was broken, as was the shower knobs. There was a half used water bottle in the room which was from the prior guest. The bathroom was dirty. Towels were thin like sheets. I was grossed out and will not stay at this property again.
