Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Nice cozy and very quiet rooms
They were short on staff as the hotel was fully booked for a nearby festival but Rosaline was very helpful and did everything to service our requests
Room’s furniture condition is very poor and there is no mini fridge
A nice hotel to sleep in next to Le Bourget airport. Not much else to do in the area, but for a business trip, it's amazing.

Disliked: Staff & service
Breakfast was a disaster. Most of it was empty, staff was informed, staff did not care. Really no recommendation
