The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Neighbourhood and activities:
- As you leave the copropiété, turn left or right and you're on the seafront.
- In the Sillon district, you're just one block from the main beach on foot, as well as being close to all amenities.
- A 2-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre, or from the Palais des Congrès and the Espace Duguay Trouin if you're here on business.
- Numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as Le Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that is often very lively during concerts or matches. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building.
- La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
- Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
- Intra-Muros and Chaussée du Sillon offer a wide range of restaurants, some of which are right on the waterfront.
- Take in the view over Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur hotel with its Rooftop bar.
- Walk along the seafront for 900 metres to rue St Vincent, where you'll find a carrefour market for your shopping needs. Intermarché is a 1.5km walk past the quays.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private underground car park. The parking space is fairly narrow.

Au Quai des Pêcheurs "其实都很好! 🙂 厨房设施极为齐全,房间很安静,洗澡水很好,接待员也很热情。 位置也很好,20m就能到海滩去,走10分钟就可以到老城。 🙁 建议哈,选沙发床的时候,成人也要上去试试舒适程度,因为确实小孩子不想住,只能父母中一人去睡。 停车位置对我的车,车长接近5米,实在太短了,只能忍着停车警报往后面倒,最后还是会把前轮留在外面。也担心会不会影响其他人的车。 如果你的车4.7米以内,不用担心。"

Au Quai des Pêcheurs "Appartement très bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville, même pas 10 minutes à pied, avec une promenade très agréable. Très bien équipé et meublé avec goût. Belle et grande terrasse, parking et ascenseur appréciés pour ceux qui en ont besoin. Hôte agréable et arrangeante sur les horaires d’entrée/ sortie. Bémols: chambre petite, on ne peut pas mettre le lit bébé à l’intérieur, mais plein d’espace dans le salon. Salon mal insonorisé, le bruit de la rue est vite capté, donc difficile d’y passer une nuit au calme… Globalement l’appartement reste un très à St Malo et on le recommande chaleureusement."

Au Quai des Pêcheurs L´accueil de Pascale très chaleureux pour ce tres bel appartement paisible à proximité directe de la plage et à 5 min de la ville intramuros à été parfait. Tout confort, spacieux, cuisine équipée très fonctionnelle, literie très confortable. Le garage en sous sol est un atout! Nous recommandons et y reviendrons sans hésitation!

Au Quai des Pêcheurs Logement en tous points confirme aux photos. Propre et invitant. Localisation parfaite, beaucoup de choses à voir et de restos à distance de marche. Pas loin de la gare (20 min à pied) et de plusieurs lignes de bus. Hôte très réactif aux questions et aux demandes. Bel endroit pour profiter de ce que St-Malo a à offrir!
