Staff friendly, attentive, striving to help. Loved stepping out to pool and beanbags. Lovely views. fantastic breakfast, lots of restaurants and massages over the water, just over the road
Initially seemed a big noisy, could hear the pool filter, sometimes hear the building going up next door. The room was very well appointed and serviced daily. Absolutely loved the staff, always available and happy to assist.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. They provided shuttles to the city center. The spa was amazing. Food was great at the restaurant too

Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool.
Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu.
This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back.
For a restful experience we highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at the Tejaprana Resort and Spa. The place is so beautiful and relaxing, with green, lush plants all over the place. The room is romantic and luxurious with a terrace and private pool overlooking the jungle. The staff is so attentive to every need of yours, and their restaurant offers delicious food.
