When we encountered some issues with our booking, Salam was proactive and efficient in finding a solution - she truly had an answer for everything! Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, and if you're lucky enough to have Salam as your point of contact, you'll be in good hands. "We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel des Grands Voyageurs on Rue La Vaugirard, Paris. The location was excellent and very convenient, being close to the metro, various restaurants, and within walking distance of the River Seine. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean, featuring a king-sized bed, which is quite rare in Paris. The staff were truly wonderful, especially Louise and Marion, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay there again in the future!"
