"The room was nice, and the staff was excellent. The entrance area, however, was small and was crowded with the holiday crowd. The facility could certainly use a larger, nicer check-in area."

"Good location. And the staff was fine. Rooms are very dated, toilet was stained, carpet was stained, TV was tiny and difficult to stream. The staff was fine, but we paid a couple hundred dollars for a night here and it was extremely disappointing for that price. It's fine for a lower-budget hotel, but it wasn't low budget."

"When we checked in I thought the place would be okay, but walking through the ground floor, I started to notice everything was a little run down, a little on the dirty side. We got out of the elevator on the third floor to be met by the foul smell of dirt, stink and pine cleaner, very disgusting. Note the there were thunder/ lightning storms the first night but we couldn’t hear any of that though the walls ( keep that in mind) The worst part came the second night at 7:30pm loud music was coming through the walls, it was coming from the pool area, loud enough to be quite annoying despite NOT being able to hear the thunder the night before, this was louder, I went down to the lobby, finding only one employee, a guy with bushy curly hair who was playing on his phone and wasn’t happy I disturbed him to report the loud music, he said he would talk to the people making all the noise and went back to his phone. 30 minutes later, still loud music, went back down and he just told me nothing he could/would do they were guests, I pointy out that I and everyone else were also guests, he literally said, TOO BAD. Yes too bad, my money will be better spent elsewhere than a La Quinta property."

"Valet personnel was amazing. Check in went smooth. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was beautiful. We were told extra bedding would be taken to our suite. 10:00 pm and still hadn’t received bedding. I called front desk and asked for it yo be brought up. An hour passed I called several times no answer. My husband went down to front desk to get himself. Time to check out. I called front desk and requested a luggage cart be brought up. Waited for an hour called again and no answer, again my husband had to go down to get one. Staff not so on point.!"

"We stayed one night and while checking in the hotel lobby it was hot, like the air conditioner wasn't functioning. It worried me about our stay but thankfully the rest of the hotel had working air conditioning. The room seemed clean but the shower look like it had some mold or holes on the ceiling. The hotel has spots that need updates and/or paint. I was glad that the outside noise didn't come through, even though we were next to the loop."
