"Our stay at TOU was truly relaxing, the hotel condition was excellent, everywhere was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they shared great recommendations of ‘must see attractions’ delivering unique and memorable experience of Kusatsu Onsen. We had the half board, stayed 2 nights there, the dining experience was amazing, great food, well-decorated dishes and polite staff. Our highly recommended stay at Kusatsu."

"禁煙のはずなのに喫煙スペース？あがり、灰皿に吸殻も置きっぱなし、匂いも、、 写真とは見た目も違うし、部屋風呂は床もガタガタで、温泉ではないですよね、、 料理も遅いと冷めてしまってメインも無くなってしまうし。 よかった点は大浴場の利用時間が長かったところかな、、 ライブキッチンのお肉は美味しかったです。 値段と見合っていない、、 次は行かないと思います。"

"共立リゾートなので期待して行ったけど、お風呂ぬるめ、ご飯は冷たい、あれ？ってなる所多かった… 場所は湯畑より少し離れているので静かで、また部屋も綺麗で良かったが、メインの料理、お風呂に少しガッカリでした！ ただ部屋風呂は暖かくて良かったです☺️ アメニティもっと揃えてたらいいなぁと思いました💦"
