The buffet was a great way to start the day (even though travelers should go have a few dim sum breakfasts during their HK stay). Yes the mattress was a bit hard but that’s to my liking. The general lounge /social areas and outdoor terrace were particularly inviting with a variety of comfortable furniture and a large table at which to work or play some of the board games provided. The area became a welcoming social hub where numerous guests would sit and talk. "

"The staff were absolutely wonderful! One of them even walked me to a restaurant 3 blocks away. Another get a tool to help fix by walking stick. The people in breakfast area were very accomodating. I was VERY pleased with their service. I only wish I had better view of harbour but all the rest was very good. (The room was smaller than it looked in the pic)."
