"It was an ok stay for the price. Bed was comfortable. Did not have water because of broken pipe and didn’t get notified until next day. The phones should be operable. It is an easy convenience to get a wake up call or get information about anything room related. "

"Clean room, it took longer than usual to fill the hot tub up in the room. But everything worked. The TV in the living room played sound, but had a black screen. So that was useless. Tv in the bedroom worked. The window opens up with a screen but it was difficult to close, it was in disrepair. Great customer service. Breakfast could use improvements like refilling at least once, all that was left were scrambled eggs that needed to be scraped off the bottom of the pan and some cold pancakes they...

"Room was very run down and smelled like urine. Bed was clean and comfortable. Was going to stay 2 nights but stayed only 1 due to the smell. Could not get a refund for the 2nd night, they said we stayed, but we did not."
