From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service from every member of the staff were outstanding warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The room was luxurious, incredibly spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and high standards of comfort. Breakfast was another highlight truly amazing, with excellent quality, variety, and attentive service that made each morning feel special. Overall, our experience was flawless with a combination of luxury, comfort, and world-class service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return and stay here again. "LOCATION: The location of this hotel was great. While it’s not the closest option to Delhi International Airport, it was still conveniently reachable. Considering Delhi’s heavy traffic, being near the airport was a definite bonus. Using Uber to get around from the Hyatt Regency was convenient, as drivers could pick up and drop off directly at the main entrance. STAFF: The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Their commitment to excellent hospitality was noticeable throughout the stay. HOTEL BREAKFAST: The breakfast was impressive, offering numerous options to choose from. The only minor drawback was the wait time to enter the restaurant, especially on weekends when the hotel was busy, but this seems inevitable given the hotel’s size. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 to 10:30am. DINNER: I recommend going out of the hotel as there are better options/experiences at local cafes/restaurants. ROOM + CLEANLINESS: The rooms were spotless and well maintained. I appreciated the smart TV, which allowed me to log into my Netflix account. The bathroom was well-equipped with both a shower and a separate tub. ROOM CLEANERS: The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. They went the extra mile in small ways that really stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. EXTRA TOUCHES: The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations during my visit. The attention to detail and the small thoughtful touches made the entire stay feel very special and memorable."

"This is my second visit here ans I was surprised when Sejal at front desk remembered me. I came in early morning and the staff was very helpful. The room were available but they checked me in as soon they were able to. Their manager Mr Sethi is very accommodating to all His guest."
