"I arrived late mid-night. Mr Lokesh was up and check in was super easy. The room was ready and clean. Lokesh was very helpful to always check if i needed anything. Good Hospitality. "
"Location is good but service is between poor and lousy. I had to wait more than 10 minutes in inchecking although there were no other customers. The rooms are not tiptop but ok. The co-operation between hotel and restaurant does not work."
"A lovely character building with many dining options within the facility. Lovely pool and gardens. All the team were willing to help to make the start memorable."

Top Embassy of Japan Hotel Reviews
The Imperial New Delhi
10/10 Excellent
"The exterior of the hotel and the public portions of the hotel are nothing short of amazing. It is like a marble palace filled with beautfully framed colonial-era prints and other paintings as well as beautiful sculptures and other exquisite objects. The furniture in the public portions of the hotel are equally sumptous. The swimming pool gets an 11 out of 10! The service is over the top although I did feel on a few occasions that a tip was being sought when there may not have been merit for it. That said, people bend over backwards to serve and you definitely know you are in a 5-star hotel! The food was amazingly good and the buffet breakfast is fantastic. The other restaurants at the hotel are top-rated. The cost of food a la carte outside of the buffet was a little on the pricey side but nothing out of the ordinary for such a magnificent hotel. The only 4 stars given was that the mattress was a little dated and could probably use an upgrade and strangely enough the shower area was well below average. I never managed to get the temperature to be correct and they have cheap acrylilc tubs with roughly caulked edges. The photos look amazing but once you see it in person you will not be impressed. That said, I would say the shower or bathtub area was like a well-maintained 3-star hotel. Another guest confirmed that their bathtub / shower was the same. Otherwise, be prepared to be treated like Lord and Lady Grantham with all the antiques, art and general luxury!"
"Great place, fantastic breakfast spread. Has seen a lot of prestigious guests over the years. And one can see why. If you’re there, must try Bukhara, their restaurant. Courteous and helpful staff overall, though the lady checking us in said she would save us a table at Bukhara and then forgot to do so. "
"Amazing helpful and very polite staffs especially Mr Aryan and Mr Faisal both are front desks staff. Treated me very well with a warm welcome drinks and tried to help me and look after me in every single steps. The hotel has full accuraciey and was very busy even though these people Mr Aryan and Faisal made my life easier. Smooth checked in and smooth checked out. Superb. Definitely see you guys soon."
"Beautiful hotel - nice touches with the welcoming flowers. Check in done for you whilst you relaxed on the sofas so not having to stand in ques. Library bar very nice

"My wife and I recently stayed at the Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi, and I can confidently say — this is the best hotel in the city. It offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service at a very affordable price for the quality you receive.
The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, and the rest of the hotel — from the lobby to the gardens — reflects the classic beauty and warmth that the Taj brand is known for. Everything is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed.
The highlight of our stay was the experience at Capital Kitchen, the hotel’s outstanding restaurant. Chef Sandeep Raway is a true culinary artist. His creative and flavorful Indian dishes gave us not just a meal, but a memorable culinary journey. Each dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and made with incredible care. The breakfast was also amazing, so much food. Big shout out to Sumit-our server, Dinesh and and the director Mr. Aakas. You were very welcoming, attentive and hospitable."
