Very friendly and helpful service personnel! They made our stay very comfortable and also granted us extra wishes like an additional mattress without issue. The room was fine, although it was not fully clean once you look past the general fancy look. And the surroundings (Mahipalpur) were really dirty and felt unsafe unfortunately.
