Decent stay. Nice, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close driving distance to Arden Way mall, with good restaurants. Right off freeway. Close to Cal Expo where we went for event. Price a bit steep. Parking $10 a day but many spots available. Area seemed safe.

Disappointed about add on breakfast, was told it would be available from 7-11. We were in a hurry due to a volleyball tournament. The person didn’t show until after 7. We ended up having to ask for a reimbursement, which they did, but delayed us getting on road. If shared that breakfast is available from 7-11 it should be available. We were late for tourney.

The property is considered run-down. Old furniture, old carpet, old towels, and old fixtures. The hotel charges $250 for the security deposit but it has been five days after I checked out, and the charges are still "pending". Remote control not working. TV turned on and off by itself. The water is slow and the shower is weak. The water is just warm, not hot. Almost no hot water between 7:00 to 9:00 pm. For one moment, I thought I was in a Motel 6.
