"I had a wonderful stay at YOTEL Japan. The breakfast was always fresh and absolutely delicious, with a good variety to start the day. The customer service was outstanding staff at the front desk were especially caring, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. One thing I really appreciated was the lack of any communication barrier. The team spoke clearly and made everything easy, which made my stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The location is also a huge advantage, as it’s close to many attractions, transport links, and places to eat, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel as it felt welcoming and efficient. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan"

"Fabulous hotel premier room came with free breakfasts and use of the lounge for evening snacks and drinks. Also 1 free use of all item in the mini bar in the room. We had an evening meal in enchante french restaurant on our last evening and it was fantastic despite the language differences the staff coped with us and had a lovely smile and eluded happiness all the time. Bell services were great. Only moan a bit was about the cafe bar which we used on one night had a drink then never got offered or asked if we wanted a second drink. Then next day came back to the hotel after a long day walking and needed a drink to chill and got told to come back in an hour for some reason even though there were sests at the bar available. Didnt understand that but really on minor things the rest was just fabulous if we should ever go to tokyo again i would book this hotel again great location next to a railway station as well"

"The property was centrally located in the Gion district, close to the shopping streets. 7/11 and family mart were conveniently located at a 2 min walk in case you wanted a midnight snack or early breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the property was pristinely well kept. They provided skin care packs, tooth brushes, pjs and even hair ties and hairbrushes which was super amazing! Would 100% stay again!"

"Hotel has an amazing view of the city from each room and from the lobby. Rooms are well set up with amenities. The carpet in my room was a bit tired looking and the wall paper a bit scraped on the corner where i put my suitcase on a rack. Staff spoke good English and were helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. "

"Good breakfast, great location, friendly staff. Got a smoking room by mistake and could not switch to non-smoking as they were sold out. Didn’t know smoking rooms still existed… hotel needs some renovations."

"The location was outstanding. Close to all subway lines that we needed. The hotel Room was very comfortable. Really would recommend people to stay here and in the Ginza area. "

"The location, staff, and breakfast were all great. The only issue I had was that the room I checked into had a horrible odor that was so bad I asked to switch rooms. The new room still had the same odor but not as strong. I was too tired at that point that I took their suggestion of using the AC and humidifier which helped. It seemed like it was a known issue during our stay because other guests were also complaining about the smell and rooms on my floor had open doors to air them out. "
