"Very well presented hotel in central Rye, right on the high street. Great well appointed room with a luxury en suite and super comfortable bed. The bar was great and gives you the option to drink after the pubs shut (early in Rye). The restaurant was well designed and decorated like the rest of the hotel though we eat at Fletchers for dinner. The hotel’s breakfast was the only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars for but it didn’t spoil our stay particularly it was just wasn’t very tasty or aspirational like the rest of the hotel was. "

"We have stayed at Chesterfield Cottage many times and have always enjoyed it. If you are staying in true this location really can’t be beaten. Literally seconds from the famous Rye landgate and all of the local pubs and restaurants. Also only a few miles from Camber Sands. The cottage itself is very quaint and comfortable and we have found it to always be clean and well maintained. Thoroughly recommended if you want to visit Rye."

"The cottage is beautiful, attention to detail is perfect. From the milk tea coffee and biscuits left for us to all the products we would need for our stay.The beds were so comfy and the bsthroom is lovely.Home from home.Rye is an amazing town.We will definately be back nexy year."
