"The gentlemen who greeted us upon arrival, ushered us to breakfast and helped us pack up our vehicle upon departure was phenomenal!!! He never missed a beat and was the most memorable host I have ever encountered at a hotel!!! The young gal who was putting out the food for breakfast was having a meltdown in front of customers and was speaking poorly of their staff who were preparing the food. It was not a good look. Overall, our stay was nice. Noise carried from room to room, so it was hard to sleep soundly between doors shutting, people talking, etc. The rooms were nice. The front lobby could use an upgrade (furniture, etc. was worn/dated)."

"We had a super time during our overnight visit. The Lodge is well located, easy to park and use the gondolas to get to mtn village and town. The restaurant is great. The pool/hot tub is fantastic. We came back after check out and a bike ride for a late lunch and hot tub on Sunday."

"Excellent ski in ski out location. This unit in particular was perfect for this because a shorter walk in ski boots. The property and decor are gorgeous! The fireplaces are warm and beautiful. There are essentially 2 master bed & bathrooms. I was pleased the downstairs room had the fireplace because I really wanted this and it allowed me to sleep on the same floor as our daughter while giving our friends the true upstairs master. The property manager was available 24/7 and helped us at check in. The property is a longer walk to the market than where I’ve stayed before, but it isn’t bad and they include dial-a-ride if needed (eg to get back up the hill). The only reason for not 5 stars across the board is the water heater went out on the last day. Those things can happen though, so it really isn’t their fault. "
