We stayed for a week in July 2026. The hotel was recently refurbished so everything is new. It was the middle of a heat wave and the aircon was fantastic, almost too cold (but the staff can adjust further if needed). The family room was spacious for the three of us. The usual amenities are available - but they provided a steamer rather than ironing board and iron (I have not asked if this was available). Has USB A and USB C charging ports in the room. We were driving through Italy and wanted to stay somewhere that was easy to get to by car, and which was central to Florence, Pisa and the wineries in Chianti. Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. Arrived a bit late and the staff at Palazzo Mannaioni waited and checked us in promptly. We were very excited to see the space, super spacious and windows that you open the shutters and Florence is all around you. Very authentic, very satisfying.
