Great breakfast. Nice games for kids. They used to have a really good video game for kids but have got rid of it. This is a shame. The kids loved it. Nice area for transport. Good place.

Centrally located, this was a well-appointed, comfortable hotel which exceeded our expectations. It’s only shortcoming was most of the branding was “Hotel Bern” rather than Best Western. Once we worked that out, everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to base ourselves for exploring Bern.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the old town and train station. Room was clean and cosy.
Breafast was very ample. Constantina was running the breakfast room by herself on the first two mornings. She is to be commended on her ability to ensure food was relenished, tables cleared and everything ran like clockwork. Excellent employee.
The final morning breakfast room was a bit disorganised different staff member on duty.
Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again if visiting...

Great location - easy walking distance to most attractions. Room was clean, and good amount of space for 3 adults. Comfortable beds, and good shower pressure. Staff in the hotel were very helpful, and the included breakfast is handy to save on costs. Bern in general is a great central location to use as a base for day trips elsewhere including Zermatt (Matterhorn) and Jungfraujoch.
