"The hotel was in a great location close proximity to PBI. The check in was easy and fast. the room has worn furniture but was good enough to sleep comfortable. We had to ask for towel as they weren't in the room. However, when we checked in i received a text so it was easy to text room service. Phone didn't work. Periodic text from hotel front desk to check on our stay. Thought they was nice. They could use standard hotel garbage or even bags. Pool was arm could use some cleaning but it had rained. They offer pool towels. Gym leads out to pool with its own entrance. Private bathroom at pool area. Outdoor shower. Now, what turned this into a 4 star was they charge $10 parking a day plus tax. Which I thought was crazy for guest when there was no other option. The restaurant has a fee and being a double tree you pay but the food was not good and the menu was was simple for $22 plus tx pp per day. Not worth it. They do have a bar within the restaurant and again places to eat nearby. The other thing was we were there for 3 days and needed towels again. We saw the room service attendant on our floor. She was reaching in the dirty bin to hand us towels. checkout was easy. What would be nice is cream in the room for coffee being mindful of two guest and or coffee served through the night. Doesn't cost much to service their guest with coffee and water all day or at least longer periods of the day. Not everyone is up at 6am. Otherwise enjoy your stay"

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always accommodating to our needs. I loved that they had the bikes that we could ride and a driver service for the island. Would definitely stay there again~"

"Everything was very clean. Carpet was stained and couch had claw marks on the edges but other than that I thought everything was great. I’d stay here again for sure. Very close to everything and the pool was perfect!"

"The hotel is beautiful and location is great for the beach. The reception staff were great and overall a very pleasant experience. The cleaning staff/ rooms are slow to arrive and some of them forget to refill so I ended up calling front desk a few times and they still didn’t arrive with what I needed but what can you do.. but that is not saying they were all like that only a few. They might have been having a tough day. I do wish the hotel would offer breakfast with the rooms.. but there is a coffee machine in all rooms. The cleanness of the pool area and facilities was wonderful and again the staff at the pool were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so festive for the 4th July and loved the attention to detail on both decorations and security. Its a perfect little walk to downtown Delray where there is restaurants and beach stores along with top line designer stores."

"The Seagate Hotel in Delray Beach was an exceptional stay. The beautiful decor throughout the hotel, from the elegant lobby and public spaces to the thoughtfully designed guest rooms, created a luxurious atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the outdoor verandas for morning coffee and croissants. Our double queen room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with 9-foot ceilings, a comfortable curved sectional, and a stunning marble bathroom. From our fourth-floor room, we had a view of the ocean in the distance. The staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help. The private beach club, just a short shuttle ride away, was equally wonderful, with poolside lunch options and beachside umbrellas and lounge chairs. The Seagate truly exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable, first-class experience. We would gladly return."
