The Couple’s Paradise, Close to Downtown, Salt-Water Pool

Formerly an old nursery school, La Vieja Escuela (The Old School) has been updated, but still maintains the old charm of yesteryear with up-to-date amenities for today’s world. Locals call this type of apartment a "casita", we call it a "couple's oasis". Tucked behind the main house and next to another casita is this 1-bedroom apartment boasting a kitchenette, 24" stove, cable TV, Wi-Fi, queen bed, sofa bed in living room and a renovated salt-water pool.

The kitchen and bathroom have recently been remodeled, new mini-split system AC with heat pump.

The cottage is located in the back of the house, but parking is in the front of the house (33rd Street).
No glass in pool area, no diving, no loud parties, no running in pool area. You're 100% responsible for yourselves & children especially around pool.
