"This is a nice option if you are traveling to Wellington to watch the equestrian events. Very convenient location. Quiet residential neighborhood. We always felt safe there. Very clean 2 bedroom apartment. Adequate bathroom although it could use a shelf or stand for the placement of your personal care items. Tub/shower combo with good temperature and pressure. A few glitches - when we first arrived, the entry lock had the wrong combination so we had to call the host but she responded...

Stayed in communication afterwards to refund part of our payment to our satisfaction. Since this was a recent purchase of the owners, they were very willing to work out the hiccups. "The property from the outside did not look real promising. The grass was very long and needed to be cut. The house itself was fine and as expected. Plenty of room. The bath towels need to be refreshed because many of them were ripped up and there were not enough wash clothes and hand towels. The air conditioner took a really long time to cool. We enjoyed our stay though."
