"We really enjoyed our room and the heated pool. We had an issue with the shower on our first night and the team had it fixed in a jiffy. My cleanliness rating is simply due to the shower vents which unfortunately is common in many hotels, but such a minor thing that so few bother to mention so it cannot be rectified. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, the beds comfortable, water pressure is such a simple thing but makes all the difference and ours was great. Lovely smelling soaps etc. very friendly staff. Actually a 5 star property in our opinion. Family of 3 had a great time. Thanks Rotorua Rydges team!"
