There was a great view of the geyser, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a bit expensive but delicious.

Exceptional. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Country Villa Estate. Danny and Mabel were fabulous hosts from the moment we arrived. We had a lovely stay at Hana Lodge. Such a beautiful spot and lovely grounds to explore. The rooms are clean, beautifully presented and well thought out. The staff were amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

What an amazing location and what an amazing hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food was great. The location was stunning. All in all, a must go place if you are visiting Rotorua - only about 15 minutes drive from all the action.

Excellent property with TV including Sky in the lounge and both bedrooms. Close to supermarkets, fast food options and a 5 min drive to town. Easy parking and a nice pool added to what was a great facility.

Vivien was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of information about the things we could do that interested us. Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day. Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods. You will see us again Vivien. And oh the bakery you told us about is amazing.

We are a family of 2 kids (17 and 11yo) and we enjoyed the 1-bedroom luxury suite we had. The bathroom is huge with 2 sinks, a spacious spa (we could all fit in if we wanted to). We loved the jets, lights and the music via bluetooth while relaxing in the spa. And since it was raining the whole day, we enjoyed our time together playing table tennis instead. My wife and I stayed at the Quest Rotorua in April 2017 for 12 nights in total in a studio apartment. I would have upgraded the apartment but the facility is very popular and this was the only one available. It was a great apartment but having stayed at other Quests we have opted previously for two room suites. The studio apartment in Rotorua was 36m2 with a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and large bathroom with laundry facilities. Housekeeping were great and cleaned the room daily and...

We were upgraded to a bigger room before we arrived. Excellent room. Used the on-site hot baths and swimming pool. We were catching the bus on our departure day at 17:30. No problem, we were offered the option to leave our bags at the motel for the day, and spend as much time as we needed to tour around. Imagine our surprise when we came back to get our bags and we were directed to another room, where our bags were stored, and told to make a drink, have a shower and freshen up for the rest of...

Hotel owners were lovely, super friendly and very helpful, also offered us discounts for many of the attractions we wanted to see etc. Came and gave us complimentary lovely local ground coffee, cute little glass bottle of milk and wifi passwords for all 3 of our devices. Room was clean and comfortable and as pictured on site, heated pool was lovely looking and private spa pools a bonus. Perfect stay! Beautiful location, right on the lake shore, and beautiful property. Kayak, spa, sauna, and less than 10 mn drive to downtown Rotorua. Wish we could have stayed longer!
